Day Camp 2012
Weselka, Ontario

The month of July in Toronto saw terrible heat. Temperatures plus humidity exceeded 40 degrees Celsius – stifling hot. A yellow school bus pulls out of the parking lot of Patriarch Josyf Slipyj School heading NW of Toronto towards the town of Acton. The bus is carrying 20 small kids aged 5-7 years whose parents signed them up for day camp    

Hiking Camp 2012
Werchowyna, Quebec

This year's hiking camp named Chervona Kalyna (Red Guelder Rose), took place at Camp Werchowyna near Montreal from July 22 to 29. The campers travelled from the CYM branches of Etobicoke, Montreal, St. Catharines and Ottawa.    

Vykhovno-Vidpochynkovyj Camp
Weselka, Ontario

This years Vykhovno-Vidpochynkovyj camp was held at camp «Weselka», near Acton, Ontario, from July 15 to August 3, and was dedicated to the heroes and heroines of The Ukrainian Insurgent Army.    

Camp "Freedom Fighters" celebrating 70 years of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army

Travel from Toronto and Hamilton to CYM “Weselka” near Acton, Ontario: approximately 70km; Ottawa to “Weselka”, about 400km and from Edmonton and Calgary over 2700km by airplane. You guessed it! Sumivtsi from Ottawa, Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Hamilton, Calgary and Edmonton travelled great distances to take part in this annual leadership camp organized by the National Executive of the Ukrainian Youth Association of Canada.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2012 in Calgary

CYM Canada held its AGM-Plenum in Calgary, Alberta, on February 17-19, 2012 at the Ukrainian Youth Center of the Calgary Branch, 46 delegates and one guest represented the following ten branches: Winnipeg, Hamilton, Edmonton, Etobicoke, Calgary, Mississauga, Montreal, Ottawa, St. Catharines, Toronto.   

LEADERSHIP SEMINAR 2012 in Calgary

The Leadership Seminar was held in conjunction with the AGM/Plenary Session of CYM Canada from February 17-19, 2012.

On Saturday February 18, 2012 a banquet, show, silent auction and dance were held in conjunction with the AGM/Plenary Session of CYM Canada from February 17-19, 2012.
