Participants will be Starshe Yunatstvo and Druzhynnyky attending tabir |
| Trip leaders will be A. Duma and M. Tkaczuk (have pre-walked the entire trip) |
| Several parents/adults (qualified teachers) will also be attending to assist |
| What |
2 day trip 1.25 hours away from CYM tabir, camping over night at Mt. Wilson |
| Trip involves 2 one day descents into and canyoning (liloing) down Wollongambe River |
| Participants will be split up in two groups, completing two canyons alternate days |
| Leading up to the trip, all intending participants will need to successfully complete the practice sessions down the Colo River during tabir and have ALL required equipment |
| Participants will only be taking day packs into the gorge to carry equipment / food required for each days canyoning. Tents/sleeping bags etc will be left at the campground at Mt Wilson |
| ALL participants must have a completed Risk Recognition Form to be able to attend |
| When |
Depart CYM tabir in evening of 28/12/06 and returning late afternoon 30/12/06 |
| Transport will be by private vehicles of participating parents, leaders and Druzhynnyky |
| Costs |
All participants will need to provide their own camping equipment as noted in the tables below. Food and Transport costs are covered as part of tabir payment |
