The program for the convention will include the following:

• A presentation of the report from the current executive on activities of the last three years
• Presentations of financial reports
• A "What makes a successful oseredok - identifying key elements of a model oseredok" workshop
• A "Identifying our link to Ukraine" workshop
• Election of a new executive for 2002-2005
• A gathering of delegates and members of Geelong oseredok
• Sunday will include a mass, svyatochnyj apel, and a panakhyda commemorating the death of CYM Geelong's patron, Stepan Bandera
