Referentura Druzhynnykiv of KY CYM Australia, invites you to the 2007 National Druzhynnyk Conference being held in Adelaide from Friday evening 8/6 to Sunday late afternoon 10/6. The focus of the conference will be networking and developing the role and pathways of Druzhynnyky in CYM as well as our wider Ukrainian Community, through re-introduction of the 5 Druzhyny Druzhynnykiv (refer to the attached program overview). Please ensure you register by Sunday 20th May.

What do you need to do:

• Register
  • complete the attached registration form and send to Paul Kaminsky, who will act as the enrolment contact for this Ziizd (Paul_Kaminskyj@apia.com.au)
• Registration fee
  • deposit $50 registration fee into the KY CYM Account by 20/5. Banking details in the registration form.
• Airfares
  • book these to arrive in Adelaide around 6.30pm Fri evening 8/6 and depart around 6.30pm Sun evening 10/6 (15min drive to hall)
• Accommodation
  • option to request billeting or self book a hotel at own cost in the city (approx 15 min drive to hall) please indicate your accomodation option in your registration form
• Preparation
  • Holova or Ref. Druzhynykiv of each oseredok to prepare a 5min overview of Druzhynyk activities/plans in their oseredok for the Ziizd
  • Holova or Ref. Druzhynykiv of each oseredok to organise a Druzhynyk meeting to review the Druzhyny concept prior to the Ziizd
