On Sunday, January 30th 2005, we had our traditional Yalynka. We started with singing our traditional koliada - “Boh Predvichnyj”. Every rij had a poem to recite, and between the poems we all sang many koliady – some traditional and some new ones. After performing, we ate delicious Ukrainian foods- kutia, borsht, holubci, varennyky, kolach. Afterward we had cake and coffee. Everyone had fun at this Ukrainian event, and we played in the snow afterward.
