Pysanky
[ Text | Pictures ]
On April 10, 2006, the members of CYM Whippany wrote pysanky. This is a valued
Ukrainian tradition. We took raw eggs, and put lines of hot wax on the places we wanted
to leave that color. |

Then we put the eggs in different colored dyes. We each had two
eggs to decorate. For two hours, all the members concentrated on their eggs. Afterwards,
all of the participants were very pleased with their results.
