Formal attire required

     Admission for the Banquet and Ball - $60 per person - $50 per student.  Admission for the Ball - $25 per person.  Tickets can be purchased from members of the Cleveland CYM Board or at the Cleveland SelfReliance Credit Union.  Tables of 8 can be reserved by calling Ms. Ann Jakyma at 440-888-8992.  Additionally, ticket requests and table reservations can be made via email at Cleveland@cym.org

     For out of town guests, rooms have been reserved at La Quinta Inn - Cleveland Independence (1-866-527-1498).  Please identify yourselves as members of the UAYA party.  Room cost $ 60.00 per night which includes breakfast.  

     "Essence of Love" Photography will be present during the Debutante Ball to capture the evening highlights.
