The National Committee Plenum
The bi-annual Plenum of the National Committee took place in Tarasivka on Saturday 16 April 2005 and included approximately 50 delegates and guests from across the country. The Plenum – effectively an AGM without elections – listened to the annual reports of the National Committee and of each oseredok. Three separate working groups looked at preparations to mark the 40th anniversary of camping at Tarasivka, preparations for this year’s improved Bazaar in Tarasivka, and the current situation with CYM uniforms. A new committee to run “Hospoda” was confirmed and long-serving and active members received various awards. The National Committee’s special award for outstanding work in the past year went to London.
