CYM in Britain latest

In particular, members commented on the main events held this year in Tarasivka, proposed ways of improving them in future, discussed events in several oseredky and reviewed a variety of issues relating to the general upkeep and development of Tarasivka. The National Committee was able to decide on the dates for the main CYM events for 2005 and review the work of the Camps Committee, the recent Druzhynnyk Meeting, and the work of the Educational Council. Further information was provided regarding the recent changes within the make-up of the World CYM Committee, the recent launch of a CYM web-site for Manchester and the attempts at reviving the activities of CYMnet in the UK. An important change for 2005 will be that Bazaar will be held on one day (Saturday 27 August 2005) and a concerted effort will be made to raise this event’s profile.
