The St. Catharines oseredok held their Annual General Meeting on Friday, January 25, 2002 at the Ukrainian Black Sea Hall. Outgoing president Olia Magwood opened the meeting with the Ukrainian Youth Association greeting.

A presidium was chosen to lead the meeting. Annual financial, secretary, Bulavna and president's reports were presented, read and accepted.

After a short discussion a new executive was voted in.

The meeting was closed with the singing of the Ukrainian National Anthem.
