Hartford CYM Sports Program

The Hartford CYM sports program has always been centered on volleyball-boys, girls, mens and womens teams over the almost 50 year history of the branch. Whether it be at CYM Zlet, CYM Zdvyh or Ukrainian tournaments, the program has always been a highlight of our youth activity.

Volleyball tournament-May 6, 2000

On May 6, 2000 youth from the Hartford and Passaic branches of CYM gathered at Columbus Park behind the Ukrainian National Home of Hartford for a friendly game of volleyball. Two adult teams comprised of Ukrainians from Hartford, Boston, New Haven, New Jersey and New York also participated in the event. After the competition, a spring dance was held that evening.
