Taras Shevchenko Concert, 1998
This year, we performed a special tribute to Taras Shevchenko, bard of
Ukraine, on the anniversary of his birth in March.

The performance was at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church in
Kerhonkson, New York. The event was widely covered by the Ukrainian
press.

The title of the piece was Sadok Vyshnevyj ("The Cherry Orchard"),
consisting of songs and poems by Taras Shevchenko, and arranged by our own
Luba Sadnytzky.
