CHRYSTOS RAZHDAYETSYA ! - "HARTUJSH"!
Warmest greetings to all our members and supporters in the New Year !!!!!
Sincere thanks for all generous donations to our youth while they caroled in your
homes. Thanks to all children and counselors who joined in our caroling.
We’re grateful to all who joined us at our annual “Malanka” and hope everyone
had a magnificent time. We once again congratulate our debutantes and their
parents. Thanks to the “Malanka” Committee headed by Anna Hirota on a
great job!
“APEL - KRUTY” - will be on Saturday, January 25, 2003 at the end of classes in
Ukrainian School (12 pm). Children should attend in uniforms. An “APEL” will
follow in the “Oseredok”. “Royi” meetings after “APEL”.
“YALYNKA”, our annual post-Christmas event, will take place on Sunday,
February 2, in our “Oseredok” at 1:00 p.m. All children will be performing and are required to participate in their uniforms. They should report on the third floor at 12:45 p.m. We regret that we were not able to visit everyone with caroling. Therefore, donations to the “kolyada” fund may also be made on this day.
We are also asking all moms (and willing dads) to help us in preparing food for this event on Saturday, February 9, starting at 9:00 a.m. Join us on the third floor.
CONCERT OF CHRISTMAS CAROLS AND SONGS, “CHRISTMAS MELODIES”, performed by our choir and members of “yunatsvo”, will take place on Sunday, February 9, 2003, at 1:30 p.m. in Sts. Volodymyr and Olha Church located at Oakley Blvd. and Superior St. Admission is free. We invite our membership, parents and all friends to join in an interesting concert at the end of this season.
SUMMER SEASON ON OUR "SUM" "OSELYA" IN BARABOO
REGISTRATION PACKETS for camps will be mailed shortly. Camp dates are indicated on the Calendar of Events.
MOTEL REGISTRATION DATES:
…..Saturday, March 15, 2003, for members of "SUM" reserving rooms for
themselves for three consecutive weeks or longer - from noon until 2:00 p.m.
For one or two weeks - from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
…..Saturday, April 12, 2003, for members and non-members
- from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
BULAVA asks that anyone who has CYM uniforms outgrown by your children, to turn them in to pod. Marijka Pawlos.
CHOIR PRACTICES continue on Mondays at 7 p.m. New members are welcome.
