A sincere thanks for all generous donations to our youth while they caroled in your homes. Thanks to all children and counselors who joined in our caroling.
We're grateful to all who joined us at our annual "Malanka" and hope everyone had a magnificent time. We once again congratulate our debutantes and their parents. Thanks to the "Malanka" Committee headed by Lilia Zaparaniuk for a great job.

ACTIVITIES BY GROUPS (ROYI) continue on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays dependent on each individual group.
COMMEMORATION OF THE BATTLE OF KRUTY will take place on Saturday, January 27 at 12:00 noon at the St. Nicholas School Auditorium. All members are to participate in uniforms. "APEL" and rehearsal for "YALYNKA" follow at "Oseredok".
"YALYNKA", our annual post-Christmas event, will take place on Sunday, February 4, in in our "Oseredok" at 1:00 p.m. All children will be performing and are required to participate in their uniforms. They should report on the third floor at 12:45. We regret that we were not able to visit everyone with caroling. Therefore, donations to the "kolyada" fund may be made this day. For anyone unable to attend but wishing to donate to the caroling fund, a return envelope is included in this mailing.
We are also asking all moms (and willing dads) to help us in preparing food for this event on Saturday, February 3, starting at 9:00 a.m. Join us on the third floor.

THE 6TH WORLD MEET OF SUM MEMBERS age 13 and up, as well as for "druzhynnyky" and seniors will take place in UKRAINE from August 16 to 25, 2001. General information can be found on the world computer site for "ZLET". Those interested in particpating should contact the President, Chrystya Wereszczak. The deadline for registration, including a deposit of $100, is February 28, 2001. To register, the registration form must be filled out and forwarded to the President for referral and signature. Registration forms are available in the foyer of our building.

CHOIR PRACTICE continues Monday evenings at 7:00 p.m. New members are welcome.!

Rehearsals of the UKRAINIAN SCHOOL OF DANCE resumed on January 23. Parents, please ensure your children attend all practices so as to be prepared for the Annual Recital. Letters with information regarding costumes for the recital were recently mailed. If anyone has not received this mailing, please contact Anna Trynoha.

VOLLEYBALL PRACTICE for adults continues every Saturday at 10:00 am in our hall.
