THE ANNUAL RECITAL OF THE UKRAINIAN SCHOOL OF DANCE OF THE MYKOLA PAVLUSHKOV BRANCH OF THE AMERICAN UKRAINIAN YOUTH ASSOCIAITON will take place on Saturday, June 17, 2000 at 2:00pm. We have selected a new location for our recital - Northside College Preparatory School at 5501 N. Kedzie (Kedzie and Bryn Mawr). A separate letter with additional information has been sent to the parents of all participants.
OUR ANNUAL SUM DAY PICNIC will take place on Sunday, June 18, 2000 at the SUM/ODFFU premises in Palatine, IL. All members are to meet dressed in uniform at 8:45am. Divine Liturgy will begin at 9:00am. The program will begin at 10:00am. In addition to the program, sports, and game activities there will be a lottery. Thus, we are asking that you purchase the enclosed lottery book at a cost of $20. It may be returned to the Oseredok prior to the event or directly at the event.
THE CAMP COORDINATING COMMITTEE would like to remind you of the registration/full payment deadlines for this summer's camps: JUNE 1 FOR ALL CAMPS.
Registrations and full payments received after the deadline will incur an additional fee of $50 for each child for each camp.
OUR CAMP SITE 'OSELIA' IN BARABOO is a great place for vacation and relaxation. We invite everyone to take advantage of the breathtaking scenery, fresh air, delicious and fresh food as well as the comforts one might need. There are still a few motel rooms available from July 9 through July 15 and August 5 through Labor Day Weekend. Please call Irene Wruskyj at the Oseredok to make reservations.
DEBUTANTES OF 2001! All young ladies who will be 16 years of age and juniors in high school should report their wish to participate in the debut at our "Oseredok's Malanka"" in January 2001. Please contact pod. Lilia Zaparaniuk.
