- 9/3-4/2005 - 54th Annual Zdvyh Gathering
On September 4, the UAYA Philadelphia Branch participated in the 54th annual Zdvyh at Oselia CYM in Ellenville, NY.
- 9/17/2005 - Liberty Medal Ceremony
On the morning of September 17, the UAYA Philadelphia Branch attended the Liberty Medal Ceremony at which Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko accepted the Liberty medal at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.
- 9/17/2005 - Visit with President Yushchenko
After the Liberty Medal Ceremony, the UAYA Philadelphia Branch met with the President of Ukraine, Viktor Yushchenko, at the Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Philadelphia.
- 9/17/2005 - "Ukrainian Day" at Giants Stadium
The UAYA Philadelphia Branch headed up to Giants Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ, to close off this momentous day by enjoying "Ukrainian Day" at a Major League Soccer (MLS) soccer game.
- 9/24/2005 - Opening of the 2005-2006 Season
The UAYA Philadelphia Branch joyfully opened up its 2005-2006 season.
- 10/2/2005- Pilgrimage Under the Protection of the Mother of God
Members of the UAYA Philadelphia Branch participated in the Pilgrimage at the Sisters of St. Basil the Great at Fox Chase Manor, PA.
- 10/16-17/2005 - 24th National Assembly of the UAYA
On the weekend of October 16-17, 12 members of the UAYA Philadelphia Branch attended the 24th National Assembly of the UAYA at Oselia CYM in Ellenville, NY.
- 10/22/2005 - "Nightmares on Broad Street"
The older youth members enjoyed a night in South Philadelphia as they attended "Nightmares on Broad Street" at the Spectrum.
- 11/6/2005 - Day of Endurance
The UAYA Philadelphia Branch enjoyed a wonderful autumn day at Tyler State Park for its annual Day of Endurance.
- 11/19/2005 - Bake Sale Fundraiser
Our branch held a successful Bake Sale fundraiser.
- 12/11/2005 - Annual Christmas Bazaar & Visit From St. Nicholas
The UAYA Philadelphia Branch enjoyed a fun-filled day at its annual Christmas Bazaar which featured a visit from St. Nicholas.
- 12/17/2005 - Annual Christmas Tree Ceremony
The UAYA Philadelphia Branch celebrated its annual Christmas Tree ceremony.
- 12/18/2005 - Peddler's Village Trip
The branch's younger youth members had the chance to see the lights of the season at Peddler's Village.
- 12/26/2005 - 1/8/2006 - Caroling
During the Christmas holidays, the youth members of our branch caroled all over the greater Philadelphia area.
- 1/14/2006 - A Carol from the Ukrainian Bandurist Chorus
As the UAYA Philadelphia Branch was preparing for its annual New Year's "Malanka" Dance, members of the Ukrainian Bandurist Chorus in honor of Taras Shevchenko, stopped by our headquarters to sing us some carols.

Three young ladies from the UAYA Philadelphia Branch made their debut at the UAYA's Debutante Ball in Tarrytown, NY.

The UAYA Philadelphia Branch enjoyed a wonderful weekend at Oselia CYM.
- 3/5/2006 - Panakhyda in honor of Roman Shukhevych
The UAYA Philadelphia Branch attended a Panakhyda in honor of Roman Shukhevych at the Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Philadelphia.
- 3/19/2006 - Trip to the USS Battleship New Jersey & the National Constitution Center
Our branch visited both the USS Battleship New Jersey in Camden, NJ, and the National Constitution Center in downtown Philadelphia.
- 3/26/2006 - Fifth Annual Phantoms Game
For the fifth consecutive year, our branch visited the historic Spectrum for an AHL hockey game. This time, the Philadelphia Phantoms defeated the Portland Pirates 4-1.
- 4/15/2006 & 4/22/2006 - Easter Honor Guard
On April 15 and 22, the UAYA Philadelphia Branch stood guard by our Lord's Tomb at various local Ukrainian churches.
- 4/29/2006 - Easter Brunch
On April 29, our branch celebrated a traditional Ukrainian Easter meal.
- 5/27-28/2006 - 47th Annual UAYA Zlet
On Memorial Day weekend, the UAYA Philadelphia Branch participated in the 47th annual Zlet competition at Oselia CYM in Ellenville, NY.
- 5/30/2006 - First Lady Kateryna Yushchenko addresses World Affairs Council
First Lady of Ukraine, Kateryna Yushchenko, was the honored guest on May 30 at the annual meeting of the World Affairs Council (WAC) of Philadelphia held at the stately Union League Club. Several members of our branch attended this event.
- 6/4/2006 - UAYA Youth Day
The Philadelphia Branch officially closed out the 2005-2006 season with its annual Youth Day at the Ukrainian American Sport Center, "Tryzub" in Horsham, PA.
