Sumivtsi! On November 24-26, CYM's World Executive (Svitova Uprava) will meet in in Toronto, Canada at its Year 2000 Plenum. Now is your chance to be heard!

If you have comments, questions, or suggestions for the Svitova Uprava, submit them here before November 20th! Your messages will be hand-delivered to Toronto and presented to the Plenum for consideration by Svitova Uprava. A compilation of all submissions will also be made available on CYMnet's For Sumivtsi Only site when complete!
