The last Saturday of October was a long-awaited one for our yunatstvo.
Unfortunately, it also happened to be the last warm day of autumn in Calgary. As promised at the start of the school year,
a fall zabava was planned at the youth centre. Despite the weather, our long-time friends from oseredok Edmonton drove down
by bus to join us for the zabava.
The start of the zabava was planned to start at 7pm, but much needed visiting among friends took priority. We had not seen
each other since summer camp…almost three months ago.
Amidst the visiting was an evening full of dance music by DJ Viktor as well as some fun activities. Those daring enough,
had a chance to "try out" some of Anatomia Kistyak's hospitality. In reality, few were brave enough to visit the kitchen of
this fictitious woman…especially the starshe yunatstvo!
