CYM mourns the passing of Volodymyr Panczuk,
former leader of CYM Germany

V. Panczuk was born in 1951, a sumivets in his childhood and adult years in CYM Germany, where he was an active leader and mentor to many. He headed the Organizing Committee for the IV World CYM Zlet in Rome, as well as CYM Germany's National Executive. Most recently, Volodymyr was president of the Central Representation of Ukrainians in Germany (TsePUN)
