How to sign up

Here's what you need to do: Download the Zlet Registration Form1. Fill out the form, sign it, then ask your oseredok's holova to fill out the recommendation section and sign it. The total cost of the World Zlet is $350 USD if you register before February 28. (For those who register after February 28, the cost is $450 USD.) Cost includes travel within Ukraine, meals and lodging, but does not include travel to and from the World Zlet (e.g. airfare to Ukraine). Return the registration form along with a deposit of $100, before February 28, 2001, to the following address. Ukrainian American Youth Association - KY VI World Zlet Registration 136 Second Avenue New York, N.Y. 10003   Travel: Low-cost, convenient travel packages have been negotiated with a travel agent (see details below). You may either make travel arrangements independently or sign up for a package through the travel agency listed below. To take advantage of the package that we've negotiated, you must contact the travel agent directly to sign up. You may choose to make travel plans independently, or take advantage of a low-cost, convenient package which we've negotiated with a travel agency. If you decide to book the negotiated package, please read the information below carefully! However, all travel arrangements, reservations, payments, costs and other travel-related issues are the responsibility of those registering for the World Zlet, and must be handled directly through Dunwoodie Travel or through your own travel agent.
