I would say my degree is pretty stable now, about 450 both eyes. That way, no matter what happens one of your eyes is unaltered. It will take longer, but it's worth it. Also, I recommend PRK above LASIK. LASIK is what I got, and all of my problems are related in some way or another to the flap. Had I gotten PRK, I wouldn't have any of the issues I have now.
